I sauteed a chicken breast I had marinated and had it with some tortellini made enough that I can take it to work with me tomorrow :wine:

Last night, I made a most excellent turkey meatloaf. I diced up fresh mushrooms and bell peppers really fine then added the meat and a ton of spices (garlic powder, onion powder, onion chips, white pepper and cracked black pepper and Italian seasonings) with chipotle bbq sauce and it's delicious! I had it with Red Robin steak fries last night and I'm most likely having it again tonight unless something else piques my interest more.

butter chicken, boiled potatoes, peas... made a few days ago...first chance to get to it tonight... hope it's still safe and edible.

Tostadas with vegetarian refried beans, red kidney beans, cilantro, green chiles and sauteed onion. Topped with salsa, cheese and fresh guacamole.
