Sunday...

• picked up the kids from gaming at 12:30 (since that's after midnight I'm counting it as today!)
• slept like a rock til 7
• coffee on
• animals fed and watered
• cat box cleaned
• baked pumpkin spice muffins
• cleaned the pool
• 2 loads of laundry
• planted the mango tree (finally!)
• planted the pineapple from the last one we ate
• Autozone for a battery test - yep it's bad
• picked up Subway for Rooster and me for lunch
• cleaned the kitchen, emptied dishwasher
• left a msg with the Ford dealer - I'll be in first thing tomorrow to get that replacement battery for the bad (warrantied) one
• taking it easy on the couch....been a stressed out, tired girl lately so I need it!
• now wondering what to make for dinner

Two writers workshops!

I made it home alive and that was quite the feat.

I have planned for the next 2 weeks!!! YAY! I made all my copies, lesson plans typed up, lab materials put together for the first 2 experiments. YES! I may have worked all night, but I will be feeling good next week!

After a long tmie of being away I actually went into the chatroom and said hi by myself. Usually I always had a friend with me. Perhaps it's another step?

lol little to nothing...i literally sat on my ass allllllll day today!

I made lunch/dinner (linner? dunch?)

We are tackling laundry after finally getting the washer fixed :hangloose:

Found a happy place for my abundance of cook books....

Hung out wash....

Took wash back in after it started raining....

Had a nice walk with Teddy....

Did dishes....

Got to hug my daughter before she went to her BFs....

I've been up since the crack of dawn...
after a short little nap I took last night.

I worked on a new novel and crunched out a matrix of events, characters, locations, developed the story and came up with about 6799 words. I credit former perilous graduate assignment deadlines for helping me accomplish that task on such short notice. It may a couple of days before I get to it again.

However,

I took my voters ballot downtown today;
stopped to visit my friends at my former job (Larry, Mary and Bonnie);
went on assignment to make a few field note entries;
came home to work on housework (played Ms. Santa again in the washeteria, picked up the mail out by the curb, stuff like that);and I've spent time reading the forum boards here.

I'm currently waiting on the roast and vegetables in the oven,
so my son and I can have supper and then I plan to fall into bed
and sail to dreamland.

I mailed in someone's lost bus pass
I returned a torch gasket to my instructor

So not much but its something I guess :/

I went to the hardware store, got the needed supplies and put up a shelving system on my bedroom wall. I need a few more, but... I figure... one at a time as money allows will get me there soon enough.

I finally got my storage container cabinet organized....:hangloose:

Got winter clothes out and summer clothes put up.....

Organized our closet....found a place for shoes and bags.....and a place for the Christmas gifts we have thus far......

Did lots of dishes....

Cleaned the stove top.......

Did heaps of laundry....and put it away (mostly)

Washed the couch cover and the blanket that goes on it.....

Vacuumed the living room....moved furniture and did behind it....

Cleaned the bathroom....

GONNA DO LIST

Gotta change the cat box....

Get some stuff brought down to the basement....

Put up the Halloween stuff...

Make dinner....

Probably a lot more then it feels like...

I took my son to his doctors appointment, talked to an advocate about referrals and specialists, got a few pieces of furniture moved, finished writing the new behavior program...

There's just a lot more still on the list I guess.

My house is clean, order has been restored, boxes that have been staring at me for months are unpacked. Many things in the dumpster. Now I can enjoy the coziness of light snow falling outside. I love that I am no longer moving twice a year. Those boxes should stay unpacked for a good long time now!
