Chocolate muffin and a cup of decaf.

Breakfast today was a chair in the shade, a can of beer and a cigarette. I'll have the eggs, sausage and home fries tonight, after the sun goes down. ( Actually, I don't really eat sausages but sometimes all that does sound good.)

Scrabbled eggs with garlic powder, Tabasco and cheese. Some Hempler European table bacon.

Big bowl of cheese grits and coffee.

Peach yogurt with granola and lots of water.

Ingredients

Bacon from the local butcher
Sliced sour dough bread from Trader Joes
Butter from moo cow
A1 Sauce Kraft Foods

Fry bacon well, toast bread lightly, butter bread to taste, A1 to taste, make sandwich, eat with gusto!

I am having scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, sausage, fresh tomato, and toast with blackberry jam. Hot Irish tea to drink.
