I bought.....a 2013 calendar that has all Celtic earth designs...it was too beautiful to pass up...being Irish and all :)
I also bought groceries....not fun shopping at all....lol I also got us some sweet tea on the way into the hospital :) |
I'm reading with a guy in October whose work I don't know all that well. So I went on Amazon and ordered his last book.
I also bought some oatmeal for breakfast, then kale and brussel sprouts and spicy chicken at the the salad bar for lunch. |

At the Brooklyn Book Fest: signed Paul Auster's latest book, Winter Journal, from which he read, 1st edition of latest Guy Delisle's graphic novel, Jerusalem, signed children's book, To the Bottom of the World with Mouse, red notebook with Walt Whitman's quote embossed on the cover, tote and T-shirt from the Paris Review, book of poetry postcards from the Poetry in Motion project in NYC subway, sushi, green tea latte....lovely day, crisp autumn air, lots of sunshine, fabulous books and authors....
