Trying anything wasabi flavoured (I know, definitively, that I detest it)

Taking a certain job at a certain University, no matter how high the salary (most horrible four years of my professional life)

Skydiving

traveling the length of Russia on the Trans-Siberian Railway (that one is in the works)

I like that one; what about GM3 items on your "bucket list"

That's it's free (company car).

That it's new.

That it has a cd player and airbags.

GM3 roads you love to drive and why

LeftWriteFemme 07-18-2012 07:58 AM

https://encrypted-tbn2.google.com/im...Ydc6F-w6g6KIVQ

1. So much glass, I have a clear view very few blind-spots
2. All wheel drive, the weather here can be so tricky
3. Everything in the back folds flat and I can haul a whole art show display by myself (tent, tables and stock)

Give me three things you never expected to like but you do.

Those are good ones.

Affectionate, physically and verbally
Passionate, and not just in the bedroom!

My emerald and my bracelet from Colombia
My portable hard drive. Odd as it sounds, it has all my pictures, documents, videos, etc... I'd die if I lost it. (but yes, I have a backup)

GM3 things you have to do, but don't wanna...

You can't please everyone
What drives you to despair today won't matter in six months
Be true to yourself

Ah, I like that one...repeat please

regret is like peeing on your own shoes. you're the one who suffers the most.

tell the truth, every day, every time, even if you're terrified. maybe especially if you're terrified?

if your connection with another person leaves you feeling like crap about yourself a lot, it's the wrong connection. there may be a million completely logical reasons and you both may be beautiful human beings but it's still the wrong connection.

gm3 pop culture fads you think are ridiculous

That I'm a pretty cool kid, and that my inner dork (and now mostly outer) just makes me that much more original.

Someone hurting you intentionally is not about you, it is them being cruel and striking out verbally or physically rather than using their words. It becomes your problem, if you allow it to continue, and suffer in silence or isolation.

Life is short, do what you love, and don't let anyone hold you back. Ever.

Tell me about 3 of your scars (physical)...

shiagirl 07-18-2012 09:47 PM

3 physical scars;

I have a scar between my eyes, very fine, can hardly see it where I fell down rock stairs and cracked my head open when I was eight yrs old.

Another about 12 inches long across my abdomen where I had my appendix removed.

Last one on my finger where a makeup mirror broke and sliced my finger pretty deep the day I was packing my things to leave a bad relationship.

Give me three of things people say about you the most, either physical attribute, emotional, spiritual.

I have a quarter inch scar that sits on the fold of the web of my hand (what do you call that?) - it was costume design related injury involving a malfunctioning zipper, very sharp shears and...the web of my hand. That hurt. A lot. And took forever to heal.

I have a chicken pox divot right in the middle of my forehead between my eyebrows (and one on my nose too). I was 12, I was in the throes of pre-teen angst, I had 8-gazillion chicken pocks... it wasn't pretty.

I have half inch scar on the bottom of my right foot (the only place I have ever had stitches (touch wood)) it was the result of an ill conceived impromptu Hawaiian beach party in my freshman year of college.

Give me three of your best days ever...

I am empathetic
