Steamed Jasmine rice with roasted root vegetables and sweet Chili sauce. I made a small German chocolate cake, earlier today, for dessert.

I had a redux of last night's dinner.

A beautiful Cobb Salad, with red onions, greek olives, blue cheese crumbles, avacado (melt in my mouth, mmm), cherry tomatoes, bacon, hard boiled egg, and chopped grilled chicken.
Fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Cheddar jalapeno bagel. Japanese beer, Kirin Light. I was just called a beer snob..lol |

I have no earthly idea maybe just some French bread with mozarella and pasta sauce for dipping. |

smoked salmon steak on the smoker for her.....honey bbq rub on shrimp for me.....asian salad for both. I am lovin' this smoker!

We had bbq, chicken, ribs, hot links and brisket with side of jalapeno corned bread, mac and cheese with potato salad. It was at the Whiskey Tip in Santa Rosa for a So Co Lesbian meet up group.
The food was just ok, drinks were over priced but the company was priceless! |
I made chicken and brussel sprouts. Seasoned with fresh lemon slice and every day spice from TJs..a sprinkle of garlic/pepper seasoning made it even gooder...

Made a pork butt in the crock pot to make many meals with for the week--
Yesterday- we enjoyed some asian lettuce wraps (pork, asian vinaigrette, avocado, cilantro, kimchi, cucumber). Tonight: shredded pork, bbq sauce, coleslaw (cabbage, shredded carrots, radishes, cilantro, green onions, homemade mayo/red wine vinegar) |
