Late lunch/Early dinner
 

I had leftover teriyaki & ginger chicken, wild rice, carrots and broccoli. Oh, and a couple of Cuties, (Mandarin oranges) for dessert.

Lots of cheese! I tried 'jamon Iberico'. it made me giggle.

We had pot luck left overs...a terrible idea.

I got busy and forgot, and now it's too late. So . . . nothing. :(

Made my tomato soup... nom nom

had a salad to go with it, and some roasted garlic bread.

sad day tho, all the tomato soup is gone :(

Well...the other day I saw one of those McCormick spice packet things on sale...so I got it..

Then I had some chicken so I sprinkled it with the spices..mimced garlic and Italian seasoning...added fresh green pepper, fresh mushrooms, and a can of Italian diced tonatoes. Let that simmer. Boiled bowtie pasta with some fresh asparagus. Added a handful of fresh spinach tp the water in the last moments of cooking. Borrowed some pasta water to add to the sauce, then mixed and served with crushed red pepper and TJs 3 cheese blend...

Last night was salmon burgers tonight will be grilled cheese sandwiches and soup.

Veggie stir fry. Cauliflower, peas, zucchini, yellow squash, purple onion, cilantro, red, yellow and orange pepper, shitake and baby bella mushrooms with garlic and a szechuan sauce. Rice. A little havarti on top.

no dessert -- maybe some frozen yogurt later

I really have no idea, so I'm here to scope out ideas. 😏

A revolting flavor of Hamburger Helper that I had forgotten I don't like - tomato basil penne. I can't even give it to the dog, because it has tomato sauce in it.

I might have a hot chocolate later.

Gosh, I just realized: nothing!

It's pretty basic tonight. Cheeseburger on the grill, a baked potato and a beer.

Cheese/bacon/beef/ potato/beer soup with half a turkey sandwich
