My knee is better (had knee replacement surgery), but I have pulled muscles in my back, so am just as imobilized as I was before. Super frustrated.

I am sitting in the waiting room of my new wound care doctor. It is my first appointment with him. I had to fire the other one because he did not employ any pain management methods. |

Well I got over my lazy mood! I spent the afternoon cutting grass, weeding, cutting down more brush, etc. Very good workout and very meditative at the same time.:jester::jester::jester:

Sadness
My Aunt passed in her sleep Wednesday night after battling esophageal cancer. I got the message while on lunch break at work. After taking a little extra time to get myself together before going to work, I had to suppress my grief until after work. My heart hurts knowing that I have not spent the time with my family that I should have....
