mm.. Fajitas!They have been marinating all day long.
Not sure if I will eat them in a salad or over spinach b/c I have cut most bread out of my meals now. hrmm.. Sounds good nevertheless. |

I'm seasoning chicken with tandoori spices and other than that...I'm not sure. Maybe some rice and definitely a veggie...

Not much. I'm puckish. I had a little pineapple coconut frozen Greek yogurt and some mashed potatoes and some watered down G2 and some almost flat soda and a couple pieces of chicken sausage but that didn't last long.

Class is over, I am eyeing a slice of cheese cake. Awe, the bowl of cereal won out.

While watching my diet and not having things I really like finds me looking for a way to almost have the same thing, tonight I will give shake and bake chicken a try to see if it's better than my fave fried chicken. No mashed potatoes(darn) but veggies instead. I have a couple of whole artichokes in the fridge so I'm going to cook one brushed with evoo and sprinkled with mince garlic wrap it in foil then cook it on the grill...some squash can go along with that. That's the plan, I hope it works out.

I had a whole can of light chicken noodle soup (150 cal) and a whole pint of pineapple coconut frogreekyo (600 cal).
Not exactly a balanced meal but ice cream feels soooooo good on a rough throat. |

Penne pasta w/ vodka sauce (this is very popular in New Jersey, I've learned). I'm drinking water because I ran out of anything with flavor. :rolleyes: hah

and raw brussel sprout slaw made with shredded brussel sprouts, juice from a fresh lemon, olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. Very yummy food! |
yummy salad with trio blend mushrooms, green onions, carrot sticks, tomato, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and bacon bits...topped with grilled chicken strips. Coconut water with pineapple juice in it to drink. Pool for dessert!
