These last couple of days have been absolutely beautiful!

This taste of summer is incredibly refreshing

I am ecstatic to celebrate my last day of school with two very good girlfriends, my first cookout of the year and a few beers while enjoying this perfect day!

I am free and I LOVE IT!

First and foremost, I confess that I had walking pneumonia (NO FUN!) and missed the heck out of all of you!!! Thanks to all who sent pms, notes & emails! :) *Hugs*

Secondly, I confess it's amazing to be among the living again! (I don't do sick well..)

You should see the heels that I bought for my new job! You would definately enjoy them...They are by Kenneth Cole and they have this super extra padding in them, so your feet don't hurt...I will pm you a link to his website so you can see them...

That I am nervous about starting my new job tomorrow. I have to be up at 5am in order to get ready and be there by 8am.

I am over having to keep taking my iPhone into the Apple store every two months. I never had this many issues with my 3G iPhone, just the 3GS. If they cannot help me, then I am going to drive across the parking lot to the AT&T store and see what they can do for me. Either way, my iPhone is going to get fixed today.

My coffee is blah today and this flavor is nothing like the French Roast that I grew accustomed to having.

I am having fun playing Scrabble on my laptop, and so far, I am beating the computer..

I confess that it is 57 degrees with intermittent rain and I have the a/c on.
It's hot in here....a balmy 64 ish. Too humid and too much pollen to open the windows.
I feel foolish.

I confess that I am still searching for a contractor to work on my bathroom redo.
I swear they all have the same estimate figures regardless
of the specific work that needs to be done.

I confess my brakes are starting to groan again. It was "fixed" last week.
I am beginning to think maybe it is the body parts I use to apply the brakes that are groaning :blink:

I must confess,

I truly am enjoying my new job. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. When I walked into my department yesterday, the am supervisor, wrote, "Welcome Jennifer", on the white board. I also received a hand written letter from the senior director of my department, welcoming me.

I am exhausted from getting up at 5am, but it is well worth it.

I am not looking forward to this coming Saturday. It will be the ninth anniversary of my dad passing away and I am glad that I will be working! My oldest niece and nephew are also coming down for the summer and I am looking forward to that.

I am off to take a nap!
