Tonight I will be in round two of the city pool tournament ( my team is wining so far) so it will be another take out dinner. A papa Johns veggie pizza for me and an mega meat special for my son.

I had tater tots for dinner. There. I said it. I was too tired to cook...and....I melted a piece of provolone over it. I put smoked hot sauce on it. That's almost a veggie...or not...sigh. I had a piece of Ferrero Rocher and a Highland Mocha Stout for dessert... then I felt bad and worked out lol |
I had a black bean burger and tomato slices on a multigrain sandwich thin with horseradish and steak sauce, Red Robin baked steak fries and limoncello cupcakes for dessert.

I made stuffed zuchini and brown rice.

A salad made with pepperoni, canadian bacon, olives, fontina cheese, pepperoncinis, romaine, and radicchio.

The cook tonight made angel hair pasta mixed with sautéed garlic in butter, fresh baby spinach, squeeze of lemon along with some zest, nice big shavings of parm cheese, drizzle of olive oil and topped with grilled chicken.
It was really good! The cook was me tonight. |
cheddar/bacon burgers done on smoker...with roasted tri color corn on cob also smoked on smoker....with fresh tomato slices, onions, and arugala/dandelion mix!.

the girls had the beans I made with spanish rice I had the left over Indian food gren made young blood had ham and cheese sandwiches |

I had beef and bean chili. It suited the weather.

I have a leftover chicken breast in the fridge, and will have that along with some freshly steamed green beans, and roasted summer squash...crookneck and zucchini.

Dinner was actually what I made as part of my lunch and didn't get around to eating:
strawberry/honey yogurt with sliced banana and TJ's coconut/ cranberry granola. a slice of provolone cheese and a navel orange. I have NO ENERGY to even remotely cook tonight.... |
I had a sunflower crunch salad (smoked bacon, sunflower seeds, carrots, cabbage, romaine, kale, green onions and sweet onion and citrus dressing), soda and pepper jack cheese slices on sweet & spicy chipotle Wheat Thins.
Soooo good. |
I heard/requested fried rice with scampi style shrimp and scallops. I see movement in the kitchen. Mmmm
