Better than I was earlier this week, that's for sure.

knowing today will take forever to end...

Of course, it's because I will have the next 9 days off.

Out side the pending heat wave this week, I'm feeling pretty good. I'm especially happy for my BFF, tho. Her foster daughter, who's a young girl about 15 years old (maybe?), ran away from her biological mothers home, in another state. She'd been missing for nearly four days. We found her today, so I'm thrilled that my BFF's foster daughter was found and that her safety remains in tact. We are so relieved to have found her so quickly. :rrose:

Good!! Was very productive today. Took the dog to the beach, took the other dog to get groomed, cleaned the house and getting ready for another fun filled week at work :/ lol :-D

I think I might have had too much fun... I'm feeling really run down now as if I'm coming down with something. Noooooooo....

Relieved..... Happy the father stepped up to the plate & got back into the realm of life again so the family can heal from their loss......Feeling positive for them all in moving forward together how it should be......... Enjoying some silence of home again.... lol :praying:

My daughter just called from Illinois to let me know that she is having her appendix out in the morning. :candle:

When I was young a friend of mine had to have hers removed and once it was out she felt SO much better. The procedure used today is much simpler, the recovery time a lot shorter, and unlike in the past barely leaves a scar. It's very fortunate it was caught! And even better that she has the strength and support of a caring and concerned mother in her corner. :bouquet:

Amy is recovering well from surgery.

Not motivated to do anything but play online and watch baseball on the TV.

Frustrated as hell! I need surgery to fix a abdominal hernia but my retired military health insurance is useless as long as I'm signed up with Tricare prime so now I need to switch to Tricare standard which only pays 80%. My VA Dr left so now I have a new one again and can't get in till the 18th. I might as well push this hernia until I have to have emergency surgery forcing it to get fixed without all the insurance waiting and bs!

Not fully rested but had a peaceful night.

It's Friday, and I'm in a good mood. Also, slightly over-caffeinated and like I could bust a move at any moment.
