i've coached girls youth softball for years and years. this is one of the sayings i've said so many times, ... if you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything at all. it still didn't keep them from hurting each others feelings at times, ... but i kept saying it anyway.
8 and under girls softball players have given me some of the best times as a coach. easy egos to coach. they listen with their hearts. |

I want to express my gratitude for my friends on this site, & for my friends here in VA who give hugs & love, & support. I also want to say that the woman I married 10 years ago is without a doubt the best thing that ever came in to my life. She is a truly wonderful person & I miss her.

It sure is nice to spend lunch break gushing about the wonderful time with my sweetie and The General. When family time is peaceful it is a beautiful thing.

I am having fun passing out candy to the trick or treaters. All of the kids and even the teenagers are being very good kids. Now, trying hard not to eat the candy.

My cup runneth over more often than not...filled with the love and kindness of my chosen family who are inhabitants here!!! I <3 you all!! Truly some amazingly beautiful, kind, loving people here!!

Tonight I had about ten kids for halloween trick or treats,I did my best to give alllll the candy away cause its not nice to have it hear...I will eat it.As I was handing out the goodies I had a flash back of when James and I would go to the places I went when I was a kid only it was the kids I greup with giveing out candy...how things change but stay the same.
