I had half an cup of rolled oats, with stevia powder, chopped walnuts, 1/8-th cup of organic flax seed powder, and a few blackberries on top. A titch of my new Plant Milk, too.
Diabetes runs in my family and although I'm not diabetic yet, it's all about lowering my A1C number, and drop kicking blood sugar issues to another galaxy (forever). It was tasty and fulfilled my health care needs, accordingly. |

My home made salad was so huge last night that I could only eat about an third of it, so I had about another third of it for breakfast.
I am on my second cup of decaf coffee, sweetened with stevia, and I used the Plant Milk I bought recently for the creamer. It's okay, fairly tasty, but it's not the same as the way I used to have my "coffee" in years past (lol or not ). :bow: |
Breakfast
French toast made with chocolate chip Brioche (that came from France!), and a side of fresh strawberries ! (and coffee, of course !☕)

Oatmeal (half an cup ) with Chia seeds, cinnamon and walnuts, and a splash of Plant milk, too.
(I saw my primary doctor yesterday for an follow up visit on an health related issue, and we noted that I've lost another 1.5 pounds since last week.... which makes me smile ). :hk20: |

Surprise wake up this AM....
My dear friends who live below me awakened me bringing fresh from scratch made, chocolate chip, coconut, chia seeds, and wheat flour waffles with sugar free syrup. OMG! Hot, too!

I've not had breakfast yet, although I got up very early today. But .... I'm gonna go make breakfast now. I want to have an 3-egg omelet, with an bed of stir fry veggies, melted vegan cheese and a splash of Asian plum sauce. One or two tiny slices of rosemary cocktail bread with Almond butter and Chia seeds.

Brunch
Brunch at Garcia's, I am having the combo plate. It includes a beef enchilada, beef crispy taco, bean chalupa, rice, and beans. Ice tea to drink.

I had a small garden salad of romaine leaves, berries, walnuts & Chia and flax seeds, sliced half of an banana, sesame stick toppers and a light drizzle of toasted sesame dressing (sugar free, homemade with evoo).
