I made pork chops, wilted spinach and mac and cheese, but I have left over spaghetti from last night so I'm eating a spaghetti sandwich with cheese and pepperoni. One of my favorite things EVER.

DINNER
Strip loin steak, baked potato and steamed green beans.

Falafel wrap with a side of fries.

I had ramen noodles with bits of left over bbq chicken and some left over sliced mushrooms in it. Wasn't very good but tossing the liquid out did help...a bit.

I saw a cool idea on Facebook. Chickpea salad...instead of chicken salad...
I'm thinking of making up a batch. I'm gonna forage for some green onions and take some kale from my plants. I'm already thinking ahead in my mind and going to blend chickpeas with tsziki sauce and other goodies I in pita bread....next time... |
I had baked curly fries and ginger sesame vinaigrette tilapia.

Dinner
Baked chicken breast, steamed long grain and wild rice with steamed spinach.

1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup for the honey and I.

Saag oaneer and vegetable somosas.

Thai food: veggie fried rice with pineapple and cashews, curry tofu and veggies and sticky rice and peanut sauce. We also had veggie spring rolls. We ordered in.

I've already got tonight's planned. I'm so looking forward to it, too. lol Just simple sub sandwiches. I got salami, brown sugar ham, pepperoni, chicken, beef, turkey and baloney plus several cheeses. Oh, and a bag of those variety snack packs of potato chips to go with them.

I spent an hour this morning deboning a roasted chicken and shredding the meat for freezing, so I think I will use some of it for a chicken and veggie stir fry for tonight's dinner.

Well...
While I was hiking all I could think about was Mac n cheese...and I am not a boxed Mac n cheese girl but.. I made a box of Velveeta bold with some broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix thrown in. A piece of Texas toast on the side. Guess I needed my carbs today. |

I had a chipotle black bean burger on a multigrain sandwich thin and some baked curly fries. I had a giant beefsteak tomato slice that was twice as thick as the burger. Yum.
Ice cream for dessert. |
Tonight was pork chops done on the George Foreman Grill.
George may have been the two-time heavyweight world boxing champ but nothing he ever did was better than pitching those fabulous magical grills. Next to eating it raw this is the easiest way to eat pork and not worry you're going to die. |
Dinner
I had grilled brat worst, asparagus, zucchini, and a burger made with turkey and pork.
