Last week I watched an episode of chopped where they used refri beans for a dessert. I just made a loaf cake using pork and beans. I'm looking forward to asking them what the mystery ingredient is today. I'm bringing it to a BBQ this afternoon.

Stayed up to read 7 chapters, and working on analyzing a music piece.. though I do not feel comfortable enough with all these music terms. Next will be to continue reading Psychology and maybe do a test. Not looking forward to that, you can bet your pants on it!

After reading about people looking forward to meeting up with their loved ones, I'm looking forward to spending time with my wife. Sometimes we get busy ourselves and forget how lucky we are to sit together at dinner, and share our sheets at night.
