Maybe everyone could add in what type of help they would love to have in order to achieve their dream.

If we visualize it, we just might get it.

I am a O R Orthopedic surgical Technician... I want to be the CEO of my own Sports medicine/Orthopedic Hospital.

My goals are to learn everything from Sterilization, Material management, Safety and equipment repairs and a full understanding of Anistesia techniques. I already have the housekeeping, customer service, nurse etiquette down. So there's not much more obstacles to set me back...

What I dream of becoming: an author & illustrator of children's books... but I have no idea where to get started after creating my first drafts...
