Went out to eat with friends at a GREAT Thai food place!

Sesame Chicken (mild of course) YUM!

There were some appetizers: soup and a few other things (cannot remember the proper names for them) LOL

I know Shad was calling the one appetizer chicken on a schtick (thinking of Jeff Dunham) LOL

I had a spoonful of creamed spinach mixed in with crumbled lean turkey, onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Just enough to keep the beast at bay. Now, I'm snacking on some kettle corn.

I had a bowl of Co Co Pebbles and milk. I made a pig of myself when I met a friend at a Mexican restaurant for a late lunch so I was not too hungry.

All you can eat ribs! Ate nothing but ribs! lol

For dessert later had fake choc pudding. Greek yogurt mixed in with some cocoa and Stevia to sweeten. Not too bad.

Well, it's Sunday and I have a long and late week so I am cooking for dinner and the week and not sure what I will have for dinner but it will either be:

Grilled Chicken with Dijon and Lemon along with some rice.

or

Steak and cheesy grits.
