Last night for a special occasion, we went to Buca Di Beppo and had stuffed shells, fettucini alfredo, warm bread, and chocolate chip cannoli :)
Tonight I made asian chicken salads, and heated the left overs from Bucas... YUM! Tomorrow is chicken cutlets and rice. My momma made and shipped us a whole batch (12 jars) of "Mrs Kid's Sauce"... an old passed down recipe that is divine, so I will be using the first jar to make the rice tomorrow! I am excited! |

Had a nice steak, baked potato, salad, and yeast rolls. Then some yummy chocolate cake that the waitstaff brought out after traumatizing me with a very off-key, twisted version of the birthday song, thanks to my sneaky honey...lol

Chicken brest smotherd in mushrooms,sweet onions and red and yellow bell peppers,along with a salad drizzled with evoo and red wine vinager...mmmm good.

We did a reheat on the creamy noodles with chicken....and added an absolutely yummy salad of lettuce, tomato, celery, carrot, hard-boiled egg and homemade croutons. :chef2:
