More rolled chicken breast slices with jalapeños... and a sweet tater with salt and pepper...

Pancakes and bacon with a glass of milk.

Hmmm, I am wondering if we are eating the same type jalapeno peppers. They set my whole mouth on fire and if I eat too many, my stomach is not appreciative at all.

Mines are pickled from a can....very tasty. I have a high tolerance for heat, so my index is not the norm lol I prefer heat with flavor...those lil baby Vietnamese peppers that are all fire and no taste are no bueno in my book. My dad, however, eats them like candy....

I had salad with kale and cheese wontons.

It seems I am into roll ups at the moment. Quick, easy and no dishes! :)

For dinner I took some leftover Italian salad that had a variety of lettuce, diced meats, provolone cheese, olives and sweet peppers and put that on a large tortilla. Then I added some tabbouleh salad on top, rolled it up and that was dinner. I will have the pineapple that's left for dessert.

right this minute I am nuking a frozen Stouffer's escalloped chicken & noodles meal ( veggies are in there too ) .... 40 oz family size ... it is kind of doubtful but maybe I won't have to cook again tomorrow ... it is always possible for me to become a total pig ...

My son bought a big green egg this weekend so I fired the egg up then grilled some burgers and hot dogs.

Hamburgers with cheese, chips and Bush's baked beans.
