Mongolian Beef and steamed rice...
Getting ready to have a cup of hot lemon tea...

I splurged on a ribeye that was on sale. I pan seared it (rare is best in my culinary world) and heated up an already baked sweet potato.

I R stuffed.

Gemme 11-21-2010 12:44 AM

We finally decided on 6 inch subs from Subway and some light lemonade.

Diva 11-21-2010 01:05 AM

I had rice with a little sugar and milk. It was the only thing that sounded good......

Ummm, whatever someone else cooks.

Please, someone cook me a homemade dinner.

Ugh. I can't take anymore frozen pizza and Stouffer's.

May the anti-carb Gods forgive me...I am having a Nutella and crunchy peanut butter sammich for dinner!

Abigail Crabby 11-21-2010 05:58 PM

At some point this evening - if my stomach settles

I shall have some chicken noodle soup and sprite.....

JustJo 11-21-2010 06:15 PM

:eating: NY Strip steak, whipped potatoes (I prefer mashed, but this household is 3 to 1 for whipped), corn, sauteed onions and yellow and red peppers (in a little olive oil, butter and salt.....yummy)

Scoote's plate is waiting until she gets home from work....and Rooster (who had a Dove bar before dinner) is now nibbling some chocolate. I think he's getting ready to grow again :seeingstars:

Cowboi 11-21-2010 06:15 PM

A glass of Apothic Red and some cheese.

RockOn 11-21-2010 06:42 PM

One of my favorite made-up recipes ... very quick and easy

RECIPE:

Will Need:
a heavy duty paper plate
plastic fork or spoon
1/2 can of Luck's pinto beans seasoned with pork
large handful of grated cheese
large tablespoon chipped up jalapenos (purchased in store - jar type)
1/2 cup hot salsa
teaspoon of sour creme

Directions:
Dump beans on paper plate
Scatter jalapenos over beans
Dump on hot sauce
Top with cheese
Nuke 2 minutes (cheese must be melted and running - mine is an 1100 watt microwave so you can make adjustments accordingly)
Add teaspoon of sour creme on top when you remove plate from microwave

Enjoy!
