I am making turkey croquettes, corn on the cob, and cranberry sauce.

I had half of a Cobb salad, popcorn shrimp with cocktail and horseradish sauce and ice cream. It's National Creative Ice Cream Flavor Day, after all. I had Waffle Cone flavor. Flavored water to drink.

I munched on some veggies while packing our salad lunches for tomorrow. It's too hot for more than that.

Mom and I had brick oven pizza at a pub in a nearby town. We drank ice tea.

thought I would have aome lean pork BBQ I had intended to cook on the grill after work but it rained on that parade ... right now I am sitting here eating deli food (baked beans with pork, macroni salad, potato salad, cole slaw) and milk of course

I have lost interest in cooking lately so I eat snacks at home and a good meal out. Maybe it is the heat, not sure. |
