Last night, we had a yummy seafood dinner including shrimp, crab, fish ceviche, scallops, and hot buttery bread.

It was fun and yummy with lovely company.

Gemme, that does look good indeed, but I won't hold out hope for ever being able to get it around these neck of the woods! I had a heck of a time getting them to stock that deep dish pepperoni if you recall......:|

Mom and I spilt a Antone's sub-sandwich. She added Fritos and I added sweet pickles.

Antone's is a famous sandwich shop in Houston, TX.

I just went grocery shopping at my favorite store. They had a new shipment of Salsa Verde Tamales and Texas style Black Bean Tamales (both versions are meat free).

So I am having Tamales tonight.

Dinner...

Snack sized roasted seaweed sheets that I made into little pockets filled with quinoa and roasted vegetables. I also had cucumber slices lightly sprinkled with pink Himalayan sea salt and sliced red pepper.
