Finally Getting In Shape...
I had breakfast for dinner:
Fluffy Egg beaters w/lite cream cheese folded in Chicken & Apple sausage Multi-grain WW bread w/a tad of margarine and strawberry jam |
Leftover Thai food from lunch

Had dinner @ Outback. Filet, baked sweet potato, salad, iced tea, and some bloomin onion.

Ebon made baked tilapia and potato wedges that turned out more like home fries, but were soooo nummy good nonetheless. There was supposed to be asparagus too, but it had gone south when we weren't looking. He also made nummy good banana and cocoa milkshakes for both of us.

Tonight for dinner I am making. . .
creamy tomato basil soup green beans wrapped in prosciutto and roasted fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and for dessert oranges in marsala sauce and of course espresso (I like mine with a lemon twist and sugar) Although I am usually a hard core red wine only drinker, I found a Murphy Goode Chardonnay that I LOVE and can rarely find, the entire dinner tonight is because I found this wonderful wine and wanted to make something to go with it. |
Tonight's up to me and I haven't a clue.
:blink: If I feel better then, we'll go to a local gathering and pick something up along the way. If I don't, I suspect I'll be having something bland and maybe I'll bake some chicken thighs and veggies for Ebon. |

We are having pink beans, white rice, and yucca con mojo for dinner.
We are having avocado on the side and mango for dessert. When we were shopping, Pete said, Honey, remember when I was in charge of peeling mangoes last year? Yes, baby, you were my mango slave. |

Baked potatoes ...some kind of veggie....maybe glazed carrots :confused: When I got home from shopping, Scoote said she had planned on taking us all out to Outback for dinner. I said "oh, I got a filet mignon." The Prince piped up and said, "No, let's stay home!" |
