I made chicken and dumplings. It was awesome. I think I need to add Italian parsley to give it more color.

Just one more hour and I can go home and enjoy a hot meal at home w/my sweetie... Spicy chili with Fritos, sour cream and chives. :)

Chargrilled oysters, shrimp romoulade, roast pork shank, with greens, figs, and white beans. Prosecco, and a sweet potato cake for dessert.

I had a flatbread veggie pizza from the Gossip Grill (local bar) and two Malibu and cranberries. Living on the edge on a work night, lol. Good conversation too during dinner and a lil butch watching to round off a great evening, haha.

Tonight is; Soy sauce and Ginger vegan Indonesian BBQ Spare Ribs followed by Sukiyaki (Kyoto style).
I’m soaking Pinto, Kidney and Adzuki Beans for a 3 Bean and Chantenay Carrot Chilli-non-Carne for tomorrow. |
