last night was dinner with her Mom and step Dad. We went out for BBQ. Baby back ribs, coleslaw, crinkle cut fries with ketchup, toast, and coke.

tonight making chicken breast stuffed with cheese and spinach florentine. and some cheese raviolis.

Well we are trying a new idea out. Letting General sprout pick dinner once a week. Her choice... cantaloupe, popcorn, cheese slices and corn on the cob. technically well rounded and fast.

i had baked chicken, baked beans, and mac and cheese last night...will prolly have leftovers tonight. i really need to make some veggies to go with it, though :)

Baked catfish lightly breaded, I'm not sure yet what I'm having with it.
