I wasn't terribly hungry.. Teddy and I had a late lunch....so I got some fresh fruit (mostly pineapple) and sprinkled it with a nutty/seed mixture....very nummy!

Filet Mignon, grilled yellow squash, onions, asparagus, and red peppers.

I had breakfast for dinner....hash browns, egg over medium and toast.

Fri. bday dinner with friends..
Rubeun wurst and german tater salad and potato cakes. to drink Spaten Optimator bock only drank 1/2 ltr. :| Sat. .. We had local deli subs Mojo Pork toasted on wheat with lots of veggies, a bit of mayo and mustard. Tonight. .. Late lunch / early dinner of turkey and cheese toasted sammiches and chicken noodle soup. for dessert german choc cake. |
would have been at my folks for an Erev Rosh Hashanah dinner...

i made sloppy joes because i haven't had them in FOREVER and i had hamburger buns sitting around that needed to be used...and french fries to go with. and i think i'm going to follow up with some grapes and sweet tea...

went to da local butcher, got some fresh, hand made chicken burgers, coated and herbed. will have 'em in toasted garlic pitas. wit' jalepenos, mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato. wit' home made slaw on da side.
and mini raspberry & pineapple calippos (2) afta... yup! thangs jus' :rubberducky: |

I am making chicken stew with a receipe I dreamed up on my own. It is slowly cooking in the crockpot right now. Guess we will see how that pans out when I get home. Ha

Bow tie pasta Rotisserie chicken Prosciutto Asparagus Cherry tomatoes Garlic feta cheese Mixed with,French vinaigrette dressing Oh so delish! |
