I am having....at this very moment....a pita from this place:
Pita Fusion They stuff their pitas and roll them like burritos. The bad part? They have so much goodness in it that the common pita soon breaks and/or falls apart a few bites into it. The good part? Everything else. It's a wheat pita with ancho chipotle sauce stuffed with grilled philly steak, provolone, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions as well as fresh mushrooms, spinach, and banana peppers. Super yum! |
I have a very colorful meatloaf in the oven. Also making Mac n cheese, deviled eggs, and still debating the veggie. Leaning towards cauliflower.

One of those meals when everything turns out just right...meatloaf, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, and butternut squash baked with butter and maple syrup. Yummy!

I am having a roastbeef sandwich because I am too tired and hungry to make anything else. And it tastes really good right now. Plus a peach iced tea.

What are you having for dinner tonight?
Tonight, dinner was a double cheeseburger, fries, a coke, and a slice of apple pie. I had dinner in a '50s diner called "Mel's" so it seemed appropriate.

Boneless pork chops smotherd in onions and mushrooms with wild rice on the side along with a small salad of choice.
