Breakfast + lunch
1/2 An avocado on a slice of multi-grain bread (from the bakery which they claim has no preservatives) celery juice and a banana. I also have an apple which I will have afterwards once the other food has digested a bit.

I had a mishmashed, kitchen sink turkey one pan dish and a zeppole.

A work buddy and I went to one of our local Greek restaurants for lunch and we both had the Greek Lemon Chicken Soup (so good) and a small Caesar Salad. The food was as good as the company.

My work husband took me out for lunch :) I had a turkey burger and he had bangers and mash. Yay for Friday!

I had mac 'n cheese and a weird mix of turkey smoked sausage, black beans, mushrooms, green chilies and mixed peppers. If I had corn, it would have been in there too.

I am having a late lunch with a medium salad. I added tomatoes, onion, olives, avocado, beats, cucumber, and cheddar cheese. It is yummy!

Regrettably something healthy because I bought the hot dog buns and forgot the hot dogs. Hot dogs were my one special food choice reward for losing weight and now all I have is healthy stuff. So long Hebrew National. Better luck next time.
