Excellent video on biological sex variation
 

Hello!

Today the ever-excellent YouTube channel SciShow has released a video talking about the topic of biological sex variation. In the video they clearly point out what science has found out to date on the subject, how this has changed notions regarding biological sex over time in the scientific community, and thus why treatment of people with "non-standard" biological sex characteristics has changed over time.

Excellent as it is, it is also the most heavily downvoted video by the team that I have ever seen - one cannot help but speculate why. I would urge those reading this to go upvote the video to show your support for the dissemination of good scientific information on the subject and to oppose ignorance and bigotry.
