I had a burger on an Artisano bun and with avocado oil mayo, mustard and dill pickle chips, a Halo and a snack bag of pineapple flavored plantain and coconut chips. Water to drink.

It was more of a brunch but I had a rare Angus blend burger on an Artisano bun with avocado oil mayo, mustard and dill pickle chips plus some teeny tiny tater tots with ketchup and oj and water to drink. I'm contemplating something else, like an apple or some grapes...something for my sweet tooth but I haven't decided yet.

Hebrew National Beef Franks with ketchup, relish, mustard on Franz Hot Dog Buns. Cheetos - crunchy ones. French roast coffee with 1/2 and 1/2, also water to drink.

I had a burger with sweet potato fries drizzled in chili infused olive oil and dusted with cinnamon and some plantain chips with no sugar strawberry lemonade and a water chaser to drink.

Everything bagel with tomato, oregano, garlic and salt with roasted root vegetable fries and thyme water.

Angus med. rare roast beef sandwich with sandwich pickle and lettuce, salt and pepper. Ice tea.

Snickerdoodle Almond Butter w/ Cinnamon spread over celery sticks, a Gala apple, sliced thinly, salad rice paper rolls with teriyaki chicken and plum sauce on the side. Hibiscus Ginger Beer, to drink. Water, too.
