Tonight-

Beef stew-- beef chunks, rainbowed carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, rosemary, stewed tomatoes.

I'm making them fried chicken, mashed potatoes and a veg

Not sure yet. Friends called and said they were coming over with "something for supper and, not to worry, they'd also cook that "something". I LOVE my friends.

I have a pot of Texas style chili cooking,it's spicy and hot.

Caribbean food (forgive my spelling...maybe) so I had jerk chicken over linguine...it was soooo good and spicy. They threw in veggies and garlic bread on the side. It was a good linner :)

cleaned out freezer abit.made soup threw in partial bags of frozen veggie,white sweet potato,kidney beans,2 large sweet onions,hamburger, beans,garlic ..... simmered and added a blip of cottage cheese as I served myself yum!
