The plan was for sloppy joes, mini-tater tots and fresh sliced oranges.
However the kid had her teen friends over for baking and movies and there are several pans of brownies now sitting on the counter. I may or may not have just had a huge brownie and a tall glass of cold milk. That may or may not be dinner as it is now after 5:00. Katniss~~ (If you are a betting person I'd say odds are strong for the "may" in those last two sentences) |
We made a big batch of Cashew Chicken last night and there were plenty of leftovers for dinner tonight :)

I baked half of an London Broil steak, and paired it with an baked potato and an handful of baked baby carrots.
