I don't rightly know. Lunch was late so it won't be anything heavy. Maybe a big bowl of cereal.

I have been dealing with sinus issues due to really dry air and tree pollen galore, so I don't have much of an appetite tonight. But I am sipping on warm water and organic vegetable broth, that I am hydrating my body with tonight.
Hopefully I will feel better soon. :praying: |

a cup of freshly made Lime-Lemon 'toddy' (no alcohol, just water and stevia and freshly squeezed lemons and limes).
a cup of organic veggie broth with freshly chopped scallions and a titch of sea salt. No pepper tonight; pepper makes me sneeze *acchhhhoooooo* warm water to sip on. Lots of it. <<<<<<~~~ tree pollen and other pollens are the bane of my life, right now. Allergies are no fun, at all. :( |

Two Field Roast Smoked Apple-Sage meatless snausages; with one small sweet potato cut into medallions and pan seared in coconut oil.
I drizzled some sesame ginger teriyaki sauce on top of it all. Yummmy. Water to drink (I'm a quart low tonight). Hot herbal tea before bedtime. |
Dinner
Shrimp and scallops and pasta with white sauce with red sweet peppers and broccoli bits. Iced tea.
