Job change -- should start next Thursday. Much less of a commute and perhaps a chance to be more effective. I always choose the most difficult settings. Maybe now is time for things not to be so difficult all the time.
Also moving into my new (to me) mobile home in about a week and a half. Life may be good. Here's hoping. |

Elton John concert :) I'm not knowingly familiar with many of his songs (I will probably recognize a lot and be like ooh! He sings this?!) but my dad told me he went to a concert many years ago and it was awesome.. So I am super excited! And really, even if i dont know many other songs.. Who would give up a chance to hear Bennie and the Jets live?!! ;)

Home Time! Long term.... Moving to Dallas and being able to be around gay folks nearly 24/7. Having always lived in areas where gayness is NOT the norm, the change is definitely something I'm looking forward to. :rainbowAfro: , Brute. |

Charleston is getting closer and closer. Not sure if I'm going 2 long weekends in a row or to Charleston and then to the mountains.
SC state fair and Fisk Fries with malt vinegar and a foot long corndog. Thanksgiving because I have so much to be thankful for. Christmas because I love watching the little ones eyes light up so sparkling and bright as they open their gift and tell me all about Santa |
