Having Korean bbq tonight. Can't wait! I haven't had any since I left four years ago.

I put on a pot of chopped veggies this morning...celery, onion, red pepper, broccoli, garlic, mushrooms and cabbage. Opened a can of diced tomatoes with green peppers, added it to it.
Tonight, put a ladle of veggie soup over some cheese tortellini with sliced grilled sausage. Opened a can of flakey biscuits. Yummilicious!! Veggie soup variations for lunch all this week :) |

last night we went out for mexican. burritos, tacos, and enchiladas with never ending fresh chips and salsa.
tonight is probably the leftovers and make some brown rice to go with it. |
i'm craving milk, ... for a couple weeks now. reckon why? chocolate and white.

Trying to clear out the fridge since I'll be gone for a week, so tonight it was a bunch of roasted veggies (brussels sprouts, carrots, and shallots) with a grating of asiago cheese, some mozzarella cheese sticks, and a beer.

A bowl of Crispix with Skim milk and a glass of Chocolate Milk made with Skim milk.

Roast beef with hash browns and some undetermined veggie.

I made whole wheat penne with a cherry tomato sauce, roasted vegetables, prosciutto and provalone.

The house smells divine!
I've been simmering beef in red wine for hours. And, I am now using the stock to make a wine mushroom sauce. It will be served on a bed of egg noodles (because they're just fun), along with a delightfully fresh loaf of bread!

Hmmm, coconut flour? I'm going to keep my eyes open for that? Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
