A resident in the neighborhood where our station is located brought us a feast to beat all today. It was more than we could eat in one setting so we had leftovers for dinner. Brisket, beans and red potatoes make for some happy hose monkeys. It's nice to be appreciated.

I haven't been feeling well for weeks and my cooking tends to slow down to a crawl when it happens...So, tonight is a loaded baked potato. I'm not sure what I'll load mine with yet maybe some vegan sour cream and bacon bits (bacon bits are also vegan by default ..yay for me :) )

Homemade spaghetti and meatballs with garlic/cheese bread. Might even do a small portion of what I loving call "rabbit food" topped with a slightly spicy vinaigrette dressing

We had a late lunch at Arby's so supper tonight we will probably just graze. Corn chips and bean dip is sounding pretty darn good right about now.....:hangloose::hangloose::hangloose:

I had a super food salad with: broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, chicory, dried cranberries, roasted pumpkin seeds and a poppyseed dressing. I'm nibbling on some ambrosia for dessert.

I made egg salad for the vegetarian side and chick pea salad for the vegan side for sandwiches to be served with tots

I had another salad: pomegranate infused cranberries, flaxseeds, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, romaine, kale, carrots, green onions and pomegranate vinaigrette.
Then I had an Outshine creamy coconut bar. I might go back for a tangerine bar soon. They are sooooo yummy. |
