Tonight I am having a veggie burger (no bun) and a few baked waffle fries with a tiny bit of ranch dressing, diet sprite on the rocks!
*Also had a few sugar free oreos before dinner..so more like half of a veggie burger. SO WORTH IT. |
We had a delicious last dinner at our little cabin.
Pete grilled corn, potatoes, and onions, and I heated turkey hotdogs and baked beans on the stove. :weareverysadthatweareleavingtomorrowmorning: |
Had my first try at making banana bread today.. It turned out great so I think I will have that, with some fruit :)

Not sure about tonight but last night was salsa stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon, mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) and an avocado.

One of my friends gave me a gift certificate to Red Lobster. :)
So tonight I got takeout on my way to work. I had their chicken tortilla soup and of course some biscuits. :tease: |
It was suppose to be lunch but it didn't happen until about 5 pm.
Made it to Table Rock and had a very late picnic lunch Mater sammie ham & cheese sammie chips orange cream pie blueberries yummy stuff at a yummy spot yummy company |
I did some cooking yesterday, therefore, it's left over night.
such as...spaghetti squash, chicken in tomato, basil, and sherry, wild rice, pasta salad, fruit salad and sloppy joe....so, yeah not cooking today. |
I've been eating a lot of spaghetti and meat sauce over the past few months.
So tonight to spice things up I used tri-color rotini instead of spaghetti. A very exciting culinary experience! :| That's how we roll at Casa de Mopsie. ;) |

Tonight... I made pasta salad with salmon and artichoke quarters, capers, dill, and a bit too much sweet red pepper. It was good anyway.
Served with a side of football. Yes! |
Had roasted chicken breast and veggies and glass of soda pop

Baked beans with shredded pork mixed in, pototo salad, slaw - all from local deli. To drink, I had two very large glasses of ice cold milk. I want another glass but too full from the first two. I LOVE MILK!!!! :)
