At the request of the birthday girl, I'll be making NY strips in a cast iron skillet with creamed spinach and oven roasted potatoes on the side. If we have room, leftover Texas sheet cake for dessert. I've been saving up all day. :cooking:

Probably some taco salad, because the beef we took out to defrost, is not defrosting fast enough and we aren't going to be able to eat it for lunch like we originally planned.

Ms made us burritos with leftover beans, rice, and chile verde. The deliciousness can only be experienced.

The GF did a roast beef, fresh green beans and mashed potatoes.

Filling using our sweet and spicy jam we purchased at the farmer's market on our last trip on chicken filets and white rice. It sounds promising!
