Our next two trips, to the beach then to see friends.

Going camping again in a couple of weeks with the GF, because I found a state beach available campsite, on the beach with nothing in front of us but the sand and ocean and,

full hookups so I can have electricity and showers (and can flush!).

It is the first time I have had hook-ups!

This is my kind of "camping"!

Seeing her and the kids in a couple of weeks.

Next Monday (the 17th). When I start the job that I have always wanted, wished for, was made to do - to make a difference. There is no better feeling than what I am feeling right now.

I just put in 12 days at work, straight! Errrr
I'm off for 4 days, I was suppose to have a weekend with the girls at the casino in Louisiana. However, retail is full of surprises, and we Aren't going. I'm kinda happy, because I need some Blaze time.

He just booked us a room at the beach. I say, practice honeymoon, and he says, practice fishing. Lol. Somehow, both activities will happen;)

It's on the beach...hurry tomorrow. It has a pool!

Some homemade brownies that were on my desk when I came in this morning. I haven't had a brownie this year. Yeah, I'm lookin' forward to having this with a cup of coffee later this morning.

I am looking forward to some time off this week. I am going to a knitting shop out of town on Friday with a friend which will be fun. Then next week I only have 2 more shifts until vacation which will be a trip home to see my family followed by DragonCon! Wooo!

Tonight I will be introducing my sweet mom to the temporary lesbian wonderland that is a Melissa Etheridge concert. It should be interesting and fun. :)

My next trip to Lake Lure for a picnic and Granddads orchard, which will be in the next week or two.

A long weekend anniversary celebration / delayed honeymoon with ONLY next month followed by a return to Seattle to visit my family.

A guided afterhours Andy Warhol exhibit at MoMA tomorrow, with prosecco and hors d'oeuvres. :bow:

Was gifted tickets for the finals next weekend.

As an awesome aside, Andy Murray (world's number 3) coach is former number 1 in women's tennis, no other than Amelie Mauressmo. FIRST time in tennis history a woman has coached a high ranking man.

Amelie has one of the most beautiful one handed backhands ever. In awe...

I`m looking forward to `the summer that never was to be over` and Autumn to arrive, I want to wear my boots again, enjoy candlelight in the evening, watch the leaves begin to turn and those beautiful sunsets and plan my new season activities and even start thinking about...... dare I say it..Christmas..:blush:
