Lunch was grilled bourbon and brown sugar beans and salads for both of us and baked chicken with onions and green beans for Organic and veggie pasta with a light alfredo sauce for me.

Today, we had steamed broccoli (Organic had Velveeta on his), roasted chicken, and a small plain salad.

Lunch was Easy Mac, fairly simple since half an hour goes by fast :)

My dad claims that good food cures colds, so today he took me out for lunch. LOL I had a steak, baked potato, salad, yeast rolls w/honey butter, and for dessert a sweet glazed crescent roll. :)

I had mac n cheese with jalopenos and pepper (a bit too spicy), red seedless grapes and drink mix. I just realized I forgot protein. Doh!

Wrap with ham and swiss and fire roasted red peppers, Frito Lay's Kettle Cooked chips in Original, grapes and drink mix for me. Organic had ham and turkey and pepperjack cheese on his wrap, Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper chips, less grapes than me, baby carrots with a light ranch yogurt dip and water.

We had baked chicken with garlic and onions and peppers, steamed carrots, half a sweet potato, baked mini peppers with yogurt ranch dip and jalopenos inside, and a salad of romaine and peppers and mushrooms. Water for Organic and drink mix for me.

I fixed some baked hot wings,string beans with small chunks of new potato a bit of onion then for the meat adition I use some brown sugar ham lunch meat thats shaved really thin in chunks...works fine.Icw water to drink.

Lunch for us will be more of a snack, really. Some grapes and maybe some kettle chips and maybe half a sandwich of some sort for me and hummus and carrots for Organic.
