Tonight we tried a new recipe! It was a Poblano and Mango Quesadillas. It was soooo yummy!
I haven't gotten the hang of the 'broil' feature on the oven - so it was a little.. um.. crispy - but I think it still tasted really yummy! |

Tonight was sandwich with mayo, beef bologna, ham and salami and angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream

Tonight- my version of a chef salad. Chicken chunkers with lemon pepper, hard boiled eggs, sunflower seeds/sprouts, crispy bacon, greens, cucumber, and a maple dijon vinaigrette.

I made 2 different kinds of cheeseburgers...one with melted swiss, smothered in mushroom gravy...and one for my roomie with cheddar cheese and a large spoonful of "minner" cheese (pimento) toasted and bubbly melted under the broiler...

I had a piece of bacon wrapped chicken breast. It was the only thing I had, since the bacon added som extra sodium to the chicken.

Tonight I'm making chicken salad wraps and side salad. It's waaaaaaay too hot to use the stove!

baked salmon with herbed spices, steamed veggie medley for my honey! For me some fresh shrimp sauteed in spices, old bay seasoning, & buttah! Tater tots to go with mine!

homemade potato salad, corn salad (corn, diced fresh tomato, cucumber, green onion), black bean burger on a fresh homemade yeast roll with lettuce, tomato, and cracked pepper mustard.

5 cheese lasagna salad, Italian bread with sweet tea to drink.
