chili, cake balls (so sick of them), we have cheese ball and summer sausgae left too. I had planned to cook a big meal today but decided I would wait till tomorrow.

I pulled some chicken thighs out of the freezer this morning and will more than likely bake them later with BBQ sauce.
I'll dice up a couple russets and a small sweet potato for smashed taters. Maybe a veggie, haven't decided yet or even looked to see what I have on hand. |

Turkey, ham and other party leftovers...not me I'm still Vegan, but I don't have to cook 2 different meals after working all day! Whoot whoot!

Cake and ice cream. Not the planned left over turkey and stuffing butties. I knocked the huge Tupperware box full of leftovers off the worktop onto the floor. I may have been tempted to scoop at least some of it back up but I broke a glass yesterday and had no wish to lacerate my innards with a stray shard. :doh:

Well considering the MASSIVE amounts of food I made for Christmas...loverface and the lil bits will be having leftovers and pumpkin cheesecake and I will be having a salad and protein shake if I can manage to keep it down.

We had spiral maple glazed Ham, mashed potatoes with sour cream and Cheddar, green bean casserole, dressing, cherry fluff salad, crescent rolls. We baked a couple pies but I can't even look at them.

im having a turkey casserole ...its out of the oven resting.....although i currently have some resentment towards it since i burned my finger pretty bad while it was getting all hot & bubbley

A huge steak broiled, yukon gold mashed potatoes and asparagus. carrot cake muffin with cream cheese filling for dessert....
