Symptoms of Inner Peace
Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts(l) of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world. Some signs and symptoms of inner peace: A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences. An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment. A loss of interest in judging other people. A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others. A loss of interest in conflict. A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom). Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation. Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature. Frequent attacks of smiling. An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen. An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.(}) (Not sure who penned this. But I find it to be lovely.) |

A Word In Our Head
Can we write from nothing just a word in our head take it and tease it out like a thread till finally we make a story unfold a little part of us that needs to be told take a word like blame i have thought it just now what would i say that would not start a row if i blamed you on this or i blamed you on that should i just stay silent remove the tongue from the cat does anyone really see what they do not only to others but to ourselves too do we pay attention to what we might say that tears at another in a negative way do we watch what we do when our loved ones look on and then sit and wonder why now they are gone it is easy for us to be our own judge easy sentences for all to lessen the drudge of our days as we walk to the end we must meet till our final judge meets us and we beg be descreet look in the mirror and stay there a while and pick just one fault you have not seen and then smile and understand what you learned for today... that none of us are perfect in any way to seldom have blame there is something you can do... do onto others as you would have them do onto you so what you dont like never do to a soul before you make a decision... know, you must pay the toll and bear that in mind and live happy and true and do onto others as you would have them do onto you. |
