We both had roast chicken and baked cauliflower with grated parmesan cheese, and Pete had macaroni salad and a Tofutti Cutie.

Our friend is coming over with a movie tomorrow night, and we are having make your own mini pizzas.

I ended up having a good dinner :)

The Greek place down the street has amazing sauce...I had the eggplant parmesan and linguine, with salad and nummy bread.
I also nibbled on Ted's seafood platter. Scrod, shrimp, and clams. Cole slaw (not as good as his) and really good homemade tartar sauce.

This is whats for dinner

Cabbage rolls stuffed with cooked ground beef in red sauce and some rice and finely chopped onions and green pepper and yellow and red an mushrooms and some spices and side dish of salad with ranch dressing and a glass of ice tea.

Left for work this morning at 7:30 and did not make it back home until 9:30 tonight. After work I went to Home Depot to get more impact driver bits and more 3" screws. Never a quick trip to Home Depot.

Did the drive-thru deal for dinner ...
I ate an Arby's Jr. Roast beef. Kevin and Kelly consumed the other 11 of them. Those dogs love Arby roast beef sandwiches.

Long day. I was glad that Alex made meat. Steak, I think. It was gone too fast for me to really categorize it. The sauted mushrooms and Rainier cherries too.

I might have been hungry.
