I had watermelon..seeds and all..not too hungry tonight.

Just got back from grocery shopping and I am starving, so no cooking for me tonight. I got a friend of mine who works in the grocery deli to make an awesome roast beef sub for me, so I will have that tonight along with a glass of tea. Friends rock!

That said, I almost can't wait for tomorrow's dinner, it is one of my most favorite meals. Hey no peeking! You have to wait, same as me. ;)

I found this can of seasoned black eyed peas at the DG...something about it sounded so good...so...

Im making that with rice and some kind of veggie...

I had some thin crust pizza with light cheese, tons of veggies, chicken and a finish of arugula.

I am cooking Italian sausage and vegetable stir fry over polenta. Yum! I love this so much that I am cooking the polenta already and it is only 11 am. :) The vegetables I am using for the stir fry are fennel, red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and yellow and red bell pepper, and of course some seasonings and herbs. ;) Oh yeah...it has asiago and parmesan cheese on it as well.

Baked chicken with lemon pepper seasoning, fresh steamed green beans, and sweet potato mash with ghee.

We got a lot of chicken on our last run to the meat market-- So, we're having baked chicken again but marinated in a honey, Dijon mustard, thyme sauce and roasted broccoli with lemon zest.

I'm having a ham hash with eggs, lots of unsweet tea also dinner rolls too.

Repeat of lunch....
