Multi grain pasta with meat sauce

I don't know what she is cookin but I'm fixin to go love up on the gorgeous wife who is cookin some dinner for us now :) the house smells amazing though ! I'm thinking its fried chicken, collard greens, and home made white cheddar macncheesearoni :)

For me tonight, it's black bean enchiladas, with Spanish rice and pintos seasoned with sweet corn and peppers.

There is always room at my table for smart, funny folks who appreciate good food. Just realize although I am femme I am in charge of the grill! I even have a Life is Good "Grill Sargent" apron to prove it!

I definitely appreciate good food and I also appreciate a femme who can handle a grill. The charcoal is just icing on the pound cake.

Homemade baked beans
Grilled asparagus with grated Parmesan

Raw charcoal, not lighter fuel infused briquettes.
Seafood shall be grilled on a cedar plank soaked in water overnight for a lovely flavor.
My cream cheese pound cake is so good it needs no icing. Nor is it a fake lemon-infused oily mess.

All this grilling talk makes me think in addition to a BFP Reunion there needs to be a BFP Beach Party. I'm thinking grilling, volleyball, sailing and fires on the beach. :hangloose:

Wendy's....it's as close to cooking as either of us wanted to get after a 16 hr day....and I reallyyy wanted a baked tater....

We had grilled lemon pepper chicken filets, 1/2 baked potato, and fresh green beans.

Moved the grill in garage cause the electric was out with the storms.
Big ole burger, grilled some bacon too
