I got home late so I am nibbling on ham and whatever else that I can find that is fast.

I have tons of salmon and cod to make. So something fishy this way comes...and also some fresh green beans that I forgot in the fridge....

Well, the rest of the homemade food is going to work tomorrow so it is mini corn dogs with mustard for dinner.

We still have chilly weather, so I made soup for our supper, tonight. Earlier today, I washed and sorted Black-eyed peas (about one cup); then sliced up several Portabello mushrooms, sweet onion, and several cloves of garlic. I put all of that in a small crock pot, then added water and vegetable stock, and let it simmer for several hours. There's enough of the soup to have for another meal, though. I might add some crumbled country pork sausage to it, the next time we have our Black-eyed pea soup.

I brought home Taco Bell :jester::jester:

A bowl of spaghettio's and 3 cookies, with a glass of ice tea.

I set chicken out so hopefully will get home early enough to cook it. But I have to go get my tire fixed, take dog to vet to get stitches out, etc.

No I'm an old fashioned about to be a grandmother drinking it addictively.

P.S. Did I mention - I'm about to be a grandmother!!! :happyjump:

It is late but I am making picadillo for tacos tonight.

Too tired to cook, so I picked up subs and French fries. I will make the chicken tomorrow before I go to the nursing home.
