TONIGHT: Spaghetti and meatballs, marinated in my veggie and herb tomato sauce. Garlic butter breadsticks and salad will be served on the side.

Dessert is most likely ice cream or chocolate pudding.

An experiment:
Pizza: Crust made with gluten free flour blended with black bean puree and some corn. Topped with mashed sweet potatoes, spinach, and caramelized onions.

That sounds delicious! I hope you get to have one again. I would love to go to Dollywood - how was the experience? (as if I don't already know it's amazing) :)

We had a late lunch/ early dinner at Chili's...and have just been snacking on pretzel chips since then....best part about being a growed up is ruining your appetite if you so choose!

Are you two fab cooks going to cook for me when I come to visit or are you going to feed me pretzel chips too? Cuz I need something to look forward to, I have no one to cook for me.

Gaige 01-16-2013 10:49 PM
