Trout and steamed wild rice with asparagus. ICe tea

a slice of Garlic Nan, warmed in a touch of EVOO, with fresh slices of tomato and a big dose of vegan Mayo. So yummy.
Water to drink. And a cup of hot herbal tea before bedtime. |

Left over brisket.
Steamed broccoli Avocado and tomato salad with Catalina dressing. Smoothie of strawberries, pineapple, pina colada mix and coconut milk. It's in the freezer to fake me out its ice cream. Lol 🍍🥥🍓 |

Tonite was Chicken Teriyaki from my fave place and small salad and 1/2 red pepper.

Picked up shrimp and avacado sushi and some
Really good watermelon Honey yogurt with a spoonful of fig preserves swirled in. |

BBQ ribs again tonight. Too hot to cook indoors. I will make a salad when I decide what kind. Ice tea.

Nothing if Walmart grocery delivery service can't get it's act together. Well at least nothing I was planning on. Okay so instead of pouting and feeling sorry for myself what's the plan, what's the plan.... Well for starters , cookies for sure we know that.

Its too hot to cook. And, yeah, I'm really tired.
I made another tomato and avacado salad. Tonight I added shrimp. Now, that was refreshing. I really like the trio color cherry tomatoes. I've gone thru a couple of those boxes. Really cold, really sweet watermelon. I made a good choice. You never know what your gonna get. Klondike bar later. |
Just finished my Dinner it was lean sirloin patty.sauted zuccini,mushrooms with minced garlic with cottage cheese. YUM! now a iced coffee.
